Taking I-90 from the West
(Toledo, Port Clinton, Sandusky, Lorain, Elyria)

Take I-90 East to Cleveland. Go past Jacob's Field and exit at Carnegie Avenue. Turn right onto Carnegie and travel 3 miles until you reach Stokes Boulevard (next intersection after East 106th). Turn right on Stokes and continue up the hill to the third traffic light, which is Martin Luther King Drive (MLK). Turn right and take MLK to the fourth traffic light, which is Shaker Boulevard eastbound. Turn left. Preterm is the fifth building on the right. The entrance drive is by the "12000 Preterm" sign.

Taking I-90 from the East via Martin Luther King Blvd.
(Painesville, Mentor, Willoughby, Conneaut, Ashtabula, Western PA)

Take I-90 West to the Martin Luther King Boulevard (MLK) exit. Turn left and follow MLK through the park to East 105th Street. Turn right onto East 105th. Cross over Chester and Euclid and turn left onto Carnegie Avenue. Stokes Boulevard is the next intersection. Turn right on Stokes. Follow Stokes up the hill to the third traffic light, which is Martin Luther King Drive. Turn right onto MLK and take MLK to the fourth traffic light, which is Shaker Boulevard eastbound. Turn left. Preterm is the fifth building on the right. The entrance drive is by the "12000 Preterm" sign.

Taking I-90 from the East via I-271 South
(Painesville, Mentor, Willoughby, Conneaut, Ashtabula, Western PA)

Take I-90 west to I-271 South and proceed to the Cedar-Brainard exit. Turn left on Brainard. The second traffic light is Cedar Road. Turn right on Cedar. Continue on Cedar to Richmond Road, just past Beachwood Place and La Place Malls. Turn left on Richmond and proceed about 1.5 miles to Shaker W. (Route 87 west). Turn right on Shaker W. and continue for 5.6 miles, going through Shaker Square until you reach East 116th Street. Turn left onto East 116th and take an immediate left onto Shaker Boulevard eastbound. Preterm is the fifth building on the right. The entrance drive is by the "12000 Preterm" sign.

Taking I-71 or I-77 from the South
(Medina, Mansfield, Columbus, Cincinnati, Akron, Canton)

Take I-71 North or I-77 North to I-271 North. Proceed to the Chagrin Blvd. exit. (Stay in the local lanes.) Turn left (west) on Chagrin Blvd. and proceed to the first major intersection, which is Richmond Road. Turn right on Richmond and proceed to the fifth traffic light, which is Shaker W. (Route 87 west). Turn left on Shaker W. and continue for 5.6 miles, going through Shaker Square, until you reach East 116th Street. Taking the Ohio Turnpike from the Southeast
(Warren, Youngstown, Pittsburgh)

Take the Ohio Turnpike west (80W) to Exit 187 (Route 14/480W). Go north on Route 14/480W. It will become I-271 North. Continue north to the Chagrin Boulevard exit. (Stay in the local lanes.)
