Please note that in the state of Ohio, we are unable to offer elective abortions past 21 weeks and 6 days by ultrasound. Pregnancy is measured from the date of your last menstrual period (LMP). It is known that fertilization typically occurs 2 weeks after the start of the last menstrual period.
