Pre-abortion Services

You have scheduled an appointment for pre-abortion services. Please read the information on this page carefully.

🕒 This appointment can take up to 4 hours

👥 You are welcome to bring 1 adult support person with you

🚫 Please ignore the protesters outside of the clinic

🏳️‍🌈 There may be volunteers in rainbow vests who are available to walk you to the clinic from your car

Please Bring

🆔 Government ID 

⚕️ Insurance card, if you have one 

📖 Snacks and something to do for the time you will spend waiting  

❗If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must bring their photo ID and your birth certificate. Alternatively, minors may bring a judicial bypass.

Any items you bring into the clinic are your responsibility at all times

Please consider leaving any valuable items at home

Digital Recording Policy

​Using cameras, cell phones, or any other device for video, audio, or photographic recording is strictly prohibited inside Preterm Cleveland Inc. without management permission. This includes video calls such as FaceTime, Google Meet, or the use of Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses and similar recording-enabled wearables to ensure HIPAA compliance and protect privacy.

Violation of this policy may result in being asked to leave the premises​

Fees & Payment

To complete your pre-abortion services, you must pay your complete quoted fee.

Pre-abortion services typically cost $250, but you may have been quoted a lower number if you are using private insurance or if you are receiving financial aid.

You should have gotten your specific fee over the phone when you scheduled this appointment.

For payments, we accept:

✔️ Credit or debit card 

We cannot accept:

 ❌ Personal checks

 ❌ American Express 

If someone else is going to help you pay and use their credit or debit card, they must come to the appointment with the card and photo ID or complete a form ahead of time

What to Expect

At this appointment, you will be receiving required pre-abortion services

  • Routine medical screening  

  • Ultrasound to establish age and location of pregnancy  

  • A finger-prick blood test to check your iron levels

  • Counseling/information session

    • During the session, we will review the different abortion options, financial details, and you will be able to schedule your next appointment if you would like to do so
